• Fees paid for the India phase of the program are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Refunds, if any, will be governed by specific program terms shared at the time of enrolment
• International program components (including partner institution fees) are subject to partner policies

For programs involving international study or work opportunities:

• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective government authorities
• Bhrighu Academy does not guarantee visa approval
• Students are responsible for complying with visa requirements, timelines, and documentation
• Any changes in immigration policies are beyond Bhrighu's control

• Bhrighu Academy may provide guidance, preparation, and access to opportunities through its International partners depending on specific programs
• Placement outcomes depend on meeting minimum language proficiency required to be eligible for placement assistance, completion of all course-work, completing the programs successfully in India & International leg, individual performance, and employer requirements
• No specific job or salary is guaranteed

Students are expected to:

• Attend sessions and complete program requirements without having a break
• Maintain discipline and professional conduct
• Adhere to timelines and program guidelines
• Comply with local laws (including those of foreign countries, where applicable)
• Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from the program

Bhrighu Academy collaborates with:

• Academic institutions
• Language training providers
• Employers and placement partners

We are not responsible for:

• Actions or decisions of third-party institutions
• Changes in their policies, fees, or offerings

Bhrighu Academy shall not be liable for:

• Visa rejections
• Job market conditions or employment outcomes
• Decisions taken by partner institutions or employers
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in programs

All content on the website and training materials are the intellectual property of Bhrighu Academy or its partners.
